Welde has been producing plywood in Troyan, Bulgaria for around 80 years.
We are passionate about our sustainable raw materials, as well as providing the highest quality products. Our plywood is mainly made from poplar, and is carefully glued with low-emission glue to make it waterproof.
Hardboard
Troyan, Bulgaria has a long tradition of producing hardboard. Hardboard is currently experiencing a resurgence, and we are keeping up with the times: adhesive-free and low in emissions. These attributes offer a very important USP in times of climate change and rising allergy rates.
Sawn Timber
Welde started as a timber dealer in the B2B sector over 30 years ago. Since then, the network of suppliers has greatly increased. As a link between supply and demand, we deliver by train, container or truck. Many years of expertise and knowledge are our strengths.

As processors of wood and dealers in wood products, we are aware of our environmental responsibility. We utilize every part of our product: logs are processed from the bark to the fiber. Process-related wood waste is used in our own factory to produce steam and supply energy.
